What is this guide?

This field guide collects lessons and activities drawn from our 35 cumulative years of work with networks. We’ve worked as practitioners in the field, starting networks, sustaining networks, and even sunsetting networks.

We’ve designed this as an “in-the-field” guide for your work. The first part of the book is focused on network leader mindsets that can help you frame how you think about your network. In the latter half, we’ll cover network influence, network accountability, and network adoption, with tips and tools necessary for network success.
