See What I Mean Facilitation Lab: Designing Effective Meetings
Planners, conveners and facilitators edition
Thursday, October 3rd and Friday, October 4th in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Planners, conveners and facilitator’s edition: At this workshop we'll pay special attention to the needs of planners, conveners and facilitators who have the responsibility to bring groups together to catalyze action. We know you have particular meeting dilemmas including: how to create an engaging experience for all participants, how to help groups move from vision to action, how to deal with conflicting ideas, and how to make decision sticky, etc. If this doesn't quite describe you, that's okay -- it's open to all and we'll flex to meet the needs of the people in the room. Agenda and registration information.
